Inspire 2. Heart rate not showing just two dashes. Green light on back no longer on. Heart rate is ON in the settings app on the fitbit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

@nadiashep One feature of the Inspire 2 is that you have the option to wear it on your wrist or on a clip. If it is set to wear on a clip, the heart rate monitoring will be turned off and the green lights won't be on.  

 

To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the Inspire 2. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist", if you want see your heart rate and sleep stages. If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist".

Thank you so much!!! This has solved it. I now remember my 3 year old faffing with it this morning in bed and he must have knocked that setting on!
