Heart Rate not working

Heart rate not working. Just see up device. Have attempted to follow all help but ‘settings ‘ in app appear not to have location to ‘tap’ HR to ON

please help/advise

Hi @FrankRob Try the settings app on your Inspire HR. The On/Off setting should be there. If it still wont turn on please come back here. Also try restarting your Inspire HR several times.

I’m having same issue. But also can’t find an auto on off switch in app? I see hr zone settings but not a true on off??? Not quite sure where it is.

Cont...mine has been working for 2 weeks. Battery charged. All of the sudden it doesn’t pick up the HR.

Finally found it!! The on/off is on the actual watch!! NOT in app or desktop site. Scroll up to the tool setting and click that!! My hr somehow got turned off so turned back on. Now working again!! (Maybe in sun I was clicking blindly and turned it off?)

I think I could use your help.  I just purchase the Inspire HR and never had a tracker before.  I am so confused on how to set it up.  I have tried, but my Fitbit show only www.fitbit.com/setup scrolling on the screen.  I have the app set up.  I joined fitbit community so I am registered with email and address and password.  I don't know what else to do.  Any ideas?
