Hi does the inspire 2 allow you to set alerts for exact heart rate readings such as 50bpm and 95bpm? I need to do this for stress management, advised by a therapist. This is the only function I need so I want to make sure the device can do it before I buy one, thanks for you help!

@Shazzie3000 I'm sorry, but the Inspire 2 doesn't have that feature. The Charge 5, Sense and Versa 3 offer high and low heart rate alerts. They are programmed to alert you if your heart rate is above or below your settings when you are at rest for 10 minutes. Scroll way down in this Help article for more information.
I wear a Versa 3. I can set a custom low heart rate to 50 bpm. The lowest available heart rate in the high custom setting is 100 bpm.
If this feature might work for you, I think you should look at the Charge 5. Fitbit has other stress management features that are available on the Charge 5 and Sense only.
