Heart rate and sleep not working on Inspire 2

It's not tracking my sleeping data or my heart beat. I Tried everything you suggested, still not working. plz help me, i just got my Fitbit recently

Me too!! there was a software update for my Fitbit Inspire and I completed it 2 days ago and since then it has not tracked my heart rate or sleep.

Hi I called support and they told me how to fix it. On your Fitbit hold the side buttons for 3 seconds or so then you’ll see Quick settings with the Water sign too then scroll down until you see On Clip and click on it to change it to On Wrist and now both my heart rate & sleep are being tracked.

When it lit up for On Clip did you tap on it? Once you tap it it asks if you want to enable on wrist and just tap it. If it’s not working I would call support

Thank you, I appreciate your response. I did tap on it, but it did not respond. I chatted with tech support and they told me to clean the back with alcohol and wait 72 hrs. If it does not correct, contact them again.
