Just got this device yesterday and the heart rate monitor is always turning off on the device. Tried everything with resetting the device, clearing user data, turning the heart rate monitor on and off, logging out of the app, removing the device from the app and adding it again but nothing seems to be working. The green sensor isn't even on either. Please help anybody!

Hi @scottRc It sounds like youve tried all the usual things. Can you return it to the store you bought it, as it sounds defective? If you got it from the Fitbit online store, or you cant return it, contact Customer Support.
