Heart rate not working when syncing is on

The heart rate monitor does not work when syncing is on. Green light is on, I have cleaned the sensor, restarted all the different ways. But when sync is on, heart rate is blank. And the sleep is not monitored. Any suggestions?

Let me help you with your heart rate not showing when syncing option is on and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Do you mean the heart rate data on the Inspire HR isn't working when syncing is on on the Fitbit app? This is really odd. Could you share a picture of what you are seeing either on the tracker or on the app? The more information I have the better I will be able to assist you. Still if the app configuration is affecting your tracker then log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Thank you for your response. I did exactly what you had said to do and
logged out of the app, restart my phone, I also restarted my watch.
Initially the heart rate was working, the resting heart rate was not. As
soon as the watch synced with the phone, the heart rate stopped, it is
greyed out with --bmp and resting says 70 bpm resting. In settings the
heart rate is on. I was live chatting with Edwin last night he indicated
on his end that setting shows it is off. So he sent my issue to the next
level and I am still waiting.
