Heart rate not working

I bought the Inspire HR. But HR stopped yesterday. I am not dead so how do I get it back?

Hi @MrsTatter   Lol glad to hear you are not dead!

First check the back of the Inspire HR - is the green light flickering rapidly?

Next check that Heart Rate is still turned on. On the Inspire go to the Settings App (swipe down) and check that it is ON.

I decided to install it again. HR still not working and checked setting and doesn’t seem to be switched off.  No idea what I have done to it as seems to have a mind of its own.

Try reatarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it then please come back here.

@MrsTatter, thanks bringing this to my attention, as well for the time while troubleshooting your Inspire HR. I'm sorry that the heart rate is still not being recorded, and let me help you out. I've gone ahead and shared all your information to our Support Team so they can create a case on your behalf. You should receive an email from them soon.

 

@Lomaka, thanks for stopping by sharing that your Inspire HR is having a similar issue. Is the green light on the back blinking? If not, I'd recommend to check if the settings are correct as advised by @NellyG. Also, perform a restart to refresh its performance.

My Hr is not working I have checked in settings and I’ve also tried to restart the Fitbit

Hi @Gavjoeben, welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Inspire HR, as well for trying the steps posted above. Just to confirm, is the green light on the back blinking? Since you've tried the restart, I'd recommend to turn off and back on the heart rate settings directly from the Fitbit device. Also, make sure you're wearing it snug onyour wrist, meaning not too tight or loose.
