Heart rate screen on app

I tapped the heart icon to get the heart rate screen so I could set my Max Etc and all I get is a blank. What am I doing wrong. It just has heart rate up at the top, and a blank screen with no measurements. Isn't there supposed to be a graph? Thanks in advance for your help

Let me help you with your heart rate data. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
