I just got a new Inspire. Now with the new fitbit app updates I cannot figure out how to add to my account. I've tried to go online and it only shows my scale and won't let me add it. I'm about to return this. It use to be so easy and the videos don't help at all. Can someone help?

On the iphone app there is no where to add device. On the computer it asks for a toggle and the inspire doesn't have one

On the main 'Today' screen of hone app, tap your profile picture at the top left to get to 'Account' page. Then scroll down a bit to 'Set up a Device'. Tap that and follow instructions.

"Doesn't work" isn't enough information to go on.
Have you ever had a Fitbit before, or is this your first setup?
What specifically does not work on the iPhone?
Do you have the app downloaded and running?
If so, do you see the 'Today' page with your profile pic in top left corner?
If so, did you tap it and get to 'Account' page?
If so, do you see "Set up a Device"?
