Just purchased inspire HR today. Heart Rate worked for a short time, now no reading on fitbit and when looking at app on I-phone "No heart rate readings". Very disappointed/frustrated, tried everything I have seen in message board and tried to get help with fitbit text. I will try to return the inspire HR to Best Buy in the morning for refund.

Plugged inspire HR into laptop last night and HR function immediately starting working - great joy - only for about two hours then the HR function on the inspire HR stopped working. I could care less about the syncing portion bought the inspire HR for the HR function to help ensure workout levels reached.
Unreal that Fitbit expects customers to spend hours trying to figure out issue on a message board and or by doing all these different steps. The HR reading works then does not work, again very disappointed as I expected more from Fitbit.
