Heart rate too small

I just bought a brand new Inspire HR. Really happy with everything it does.

 

I have two complaints:

1. The heart rate portion of the display is WAY too small. No clock faces allow large heart rate display. No customisation to get the heart rate display larger. Why?

2. Please allow the user to have the display CONSTANTLY on. Why is this not allowed? We should not have to interrupt our workouts to either lift our arm in a particular way, or press a button.

 

These two things are so simple and it's very strange they have not been implemented.

Any reason??

Agree totally. Am a new user and like the device generally.  But bought it particularly for heart rate tracking and am surprised the heart rate is so hard to read and that I can’t select it to be on constantly until my activity is completed. (Would not have bought if I had known ahead, even though otherwise I like the device.)

There's absolutely no reason why this can't be improved. I'm sure we aren't the only ones - in fact I've seen similar complaints on the forum from way back when. For some reason the people at FitBit don't think it's important to see the numbers!?
