Hi, I am a new user having just purchased a Fitbit inspire, I realised that the wrist setting was incorrect on the apps. I am right handed and wear it on my right hand, I changed the wrist to dominant wrist on my app, but was wondering if this automatically updates the Inspire or do I needed to do something in the actual Inspire please? Many thanks on advance.

No need to do anything. Changes in the app will be applied to the fitbit when it next syncs.
