I just got it. If this is unfixable then I’ll take it back and get something different. I just go it 24 hours ago

I was able to fix it after a long time searching for the solution. I had to tell Bluetooth to forget my device then reboot both my phone and my watch. Then sinc my watch to my phone and it fixed the problem
