Hello everyone!
Today I had a session of fast walking, an hour and 16 minutes, at a 13" pace per KM.
The calories says 660, but when I ran the same values under an online calculator https://keisan.casio.com/exec/system/1350891527 it's showing only half..
So I'm wondering how accurate the Inspire HR is when it comes to burned calories
