I can't take it any more. I want the Water Lock gone from my Inspire 2 permanently. It locks when I don't want it to. When I try to unlock it it won't. Just trying to get the screen to come up to just tell me the time is difficult. Now it's not tracking my sleep, which is what I bought it for in the first place. I had no problems with my Inspire HR. It still works and if this Water Lock feature can't be disabled I am ready to toss it in the trash and go back to my old Inspire HR. When that ceases to function I am willing to leave for a different brand that doesn't frustrate me with features I don't want and denying me access to features I need. If it can't be fixed, it's junk and I don't want it. I've read I'm not the only person with this complaint and that replies are mostly excuses from FitBit trying to convince people this Water Lock is a useful option. It's not and it's only causing problems. I wasted money on this piece of junk but I'm not going to do it again.

I am ready to throw this Inspire 2 in the trash and get out my old Inspire HR which is still working.
I'm tired of the lock locking when I don't want it. I'm tire of it staying locked when I try to unlock it. It is USELESS.
Now everything is working except the Sleep and I depend on that to monitor my sleep to make sure I'm getting enough REM.
This is an awful product and if there is no solution I'll go back to the Inspire HR and when that doesn't work any more I'll switch to a different brand.
Fitbit is going to lose a lot of customers over this because in trying to find a solution I've read about frustration over the Water Lock over and over and over.
