Okay, I don't know what I did, but I initially set up my Fitbit Inspire HR via my iPhone, I entered my email address incorrectly. In the meantime, I tried to set up the app on my laptop. It won't let me correct my email address because it tells me that there there already is an account with that email address. In addition to all this the time is not correct. How do I erase all these accounts and start from scratch?

No need to be concerned with erasing accounts. Just make sure you are logged out of the app, then create a new account with the correct email. Any data accumulated under the other email will be lost but it sounds like that is not significant.
