How do i delete fitbit accounts

My two children have a fit bit connected to my phone and my eldest daughters phone but they have been set up incorrectly. I want to start again but using the today tab etc to try and delete account isn't working. I am shocked at how complicated this is appearing.

Let me help you deleting your kids accounts. Please try these suggestions to delete your kids account. If you wish to delete an adults account then follow these instructions.

will be resetting new accounts after some issues first time around.
