How do i remove apps visible on my watch?

My Fitbit hr shows the amount of water and my weight on the screen when I swipe down, I have deleted the apps on the Fitbit app but it still comes up on my Fitbit device. Is there any way to get rid of them??

Sorry, but on the Inspire seres, those cannot be changed.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
