Spent hours today trying to sync my Inspire 2 with Samsung phone and iPad. Unable to sync with either. Tried uninstalling app and reinstalling. Tried rebooting Fitbit, tried to reinstate my Fitbit with the app but can’t get past it’s looking for device……. Is there a problem with the app? Everything was working fine until yesterday!

Did you get an answer from Fitbit? Mine is doing the exact same thing--fitbit working but the app won't sync. This is the second time in three days. How do we get an aswer? PeggyR

Following everything else, not able to sync etc. I’m now not getting any sleep stats on my Inspiré 2 Getting fed up with all these problems. I’ve reported to Fitbit but not heard from them. Anyone else in the same position?

Woo hoo! Celebrations! My Inspire 2 is now up and running again, after yet another reinstall.
