Does the FitBit sync at regular times, or random times or can I set it up to sync myself? Specifically wanting up to date sleep graphs.

Hi @SoteriaGal,

There are two ways a Fitbit can sync, both of which require you to have your phone's Bluetooth on.

1.) Manual syncing (not sure this is the official term, but close enough!): Every time you turn on your Bluetooth and open the Fitbit app, your device will sync.  If it doesn't do it automatically, pull the screen down and release, it should sync.

2.) Always Connected:  This will require the app to run in the background and have your Bluetooth on.  It will automatically sync every 15 min.  However, this will wear your phone and your device battery down faster than manual syncing.  Once you set up your device and go into your Account Settings, you should see an option that says "Always Connected", if you want this option, you will need to toggle it on.
