Inspire HR syncing issues

I like the product overall, but the syncing issues are ridiculous. Love the new update for Inspire HR-maybe should have solved your syncing issues between the app and device first. Function THEN appearance please!

Hi @tomcat0701, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issues that your Fitbit Inspire HR has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

I would like to know if the issue got resolved after trying the recommended troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @Odyssey13.

 

In case the issue persists, let us know if you get any error message when your Inspire HR tries to sync your data. If possible, please provide a screenshot of the error message.
