So I tried to add another inspire for my 7 year old daughter. She no longer has the ace kids she lost it it’s not kids friendly the screen pops out constantly while swimming and playing around. I bought her an inspire like mine and since she tried mine out for a week and it was great. Now my issue is that I can’t add a New inspire to my account nor can I just create a new account just for her as fit bit is asking for a parent to create an account under a parent with an ace fit bit which we do not have please help! I can’t set up her inspire so she can start using it.

Hi @Fabsbug  due to laws across the world, children are prohibited from having an online account and using these devices. The Ace series was made especially to allow children six and up to use these services. Fitbit is abiding by those laws, so your daughter can't use the Inspire unless you lie about her age and set her up with her own account. Lying about her age would create a problem since the algorithms are made based on gender, age, height and weight. So that would give completely wrong data for your child.

Hey guys I bought my son this device specifically for the HR tracking but I can't add it to my account under the children's section because it only allows the Ace/Ace 2. Is there any way around this aside from creating him an account?
