The app just started this morning and I do not know how or why it started???

I don't think you can get rid of it, but if it is running, you should be able to get out of it by pressing the side button, maybe a few times.  That is generally the way to get out of any function.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
