How can i stop e-mail from coming in on my inspire?  it's very annoying.

Thanks for your post, I understand how annoying this situation can be for you. You're receiving email notifications on your Fitbit Inspire because the notifications feature are configured in your account, therefore, to stop them, I suggest you to check our help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
