This tracker keeps lighting up at night when i move my wrist or when sitting with my meditation group.. I am looking for the settings to turn off Quick View.
I looked in my settings on the tracker but don't see a button. Does anyone know how I can turn this off?
If I can't stop this clock from activating will have to return it to Amazon and get my money back..
Thanks, Karl
Best Answeryou may have to do it on your computer, in your FitBit Account. Some devices won't do it any other way.
Best AnswerGo to your account on the website. My hubby has the same device, and that was how he had to change his
Best Answerhubby has a charge 2, it's in the Website, fitbit app, open fitbit app then click on fitbit top right, scroll down to quick view and turn it off (or on ) then sync, now you can only see it if you push button or tap(if turned off) (or turn your wrist, if on). Good luck!

Best AnswerSuper!!!
Best AnswerThank you! I had an Alta previously and this was easy and intuitive to do. Now I have an Inspire and have been removing my tracker at night because I couldn’t figure it out. Couldn’t use it for sleep tracking. Appreciate your help!!
Best AnswerGlad it helped.
Best AnswerDid you try from the FitBit website? Depending on your device, that could be your solution.
Best AnswerThank you Su-z-q1954! It worked...I held the button on the Inspire HR and tapped the light bulb so there was a line through and now it doesn’t light up at night!
FITBIT app developers it would be good to add this tip to the Discover Sleep section. Something like Tip: For a good nights sleep it’s important to turn off electronics. To turn off your Fitbit display hold the button down and tap the light bulb...Sounds like many people have returned this model because they couldn’t figure out how to turn the display off.
Sounds like lots of people have this issue, whew it's not just me.
My previous Fitbit was a charge 2 and i could set it on my computer to not use quickview. It seems odd that Fitbit haven't made it easy for people to be able to turn this annoying feature off during night time hours. seems like a pretty easy fix that lots of people would benefit from. So why haven't fitbit done it? Having to go manually onto my device on my wrist is too much thinking. would prefer to have quickview during the day but not at night.
Best AnswerThank you!!! Yesterday I noticed Quick View was no longer working and thought it was broken. I knew there was a way to turn it off, and thought I'd accidentally done that. I thought it was in the app, but couldn't find it. Apparently, I did turn it off. Probably when checking my battery life. I'm so glad my Inspire is not on the fritz.
Isn't it great when we find out we aren't nuts!!🤣🤗
Best AnswerGlad I could help. Happy Holidays🤠🌲
Best AnswerChooper12, it's where you find your battery life, looks like a light bulb, if there is a line thru it, your watch won't light up when you move: helpful if it disturbs you at night. Other quick settings are in the app. things such as clock faces etc. Somethings are only on the Fitbit website
