I got an Inspire HR this morning for my birthday. I attached it to the charger and fully charged it. I have been trying to do the initial setup but the only screen I get is the Fitbit logo with the setup website address. Pushing the button on the side does nothing and tapping the screen does nothing. And there is nothing about this issue in the little booklet about this issue. I've tried turning my Bluetooth off and and and un/reinstalling the app. It doesn't register that the Fitbit is on and under my Bluetooth settings the inspire shows up but can't connect.

Hi @MUengineer,
Here is the process for adding your device:
1.) Download the app (done)
2.) Log in or sign up for an account (done)
3.) Turn your Bluetooth on
4.) Once you log into the app, you should see a little picture icon in the upper left hand side of the scree. Tap it and it will take you to your "Account Settings"
5.) Select "Set up a Device"
6.) Select "Inspire HR"
7.) You will be taken to a screen that talks about consents, etc. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select "I agree"
8.) Follow the onscreen prompts after that and you will be all set!

Thanks for the help! It actually started working once I plugged it in to my laptop about 5 minutes ago. It's doing a firmware update now. Not sure if it's the plugging it into the computer or not. Again, I appreciate the response!

I fully agree. There were no instructions in the box with my InspireHR It took twwo people plus a person on Fit Bit Chat to activate mine. If I knew it was this difficult I would not have gotten it. Now I have no idea how to set the timer for my sleep times, or how to get my heart rate. Not everyone is a tech genius. So my suggestion if go on line and find the phone number to chat with a customer service person and have them walk you thru it.
