I get the error message "error happened while saving profile" when trying to update profile data

Whenever I hit submit after changing my weight and sleep sensitivity, I get the error message "error happened while saving profile" and my weight, regardless of what or how I enter it reverts to .2 lbs (causing an error itself) and my sleep sensitivity will not change from sensitive to normal. Is there a way to (1) fix this or (2) contact customer support? What once seemed to be a pretty decent product has really lost something--actually, a lot--over the past couple years. Thank you.

Try the following troubleshooting: 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Force quit it > Clear cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in and log details again
