My Fitbit Inspire is recording my steps on the app but displays zero steps on the Fitbit Inspire screen. How do I get the steps to show on my Inspire screen? It displayed them before but for some reason it has stopped.

@PMC8 Welcome! Are you seeing anything else aside from steps? Time, heart rate, distance, et? It's completely clear from your post if you have a blank screen or are seeing a different stat entirely.
If you see time and another stat like heart rate, try tapping on the clock face where the other stat is located. This should cycle through different stats, depending on the clock face you have suggested. Tap the screen until you get to steps.
If you're not seeing anything at all on your Inspire, I would change the clock face and possibly perform a restart.

My Inspire has not recorded steps for 2 days.... I have the correct time and date and cals, but nothing else......now what

@PMC8 Definitely try a new clock face. It could be a glitch in the clock face. If that doesn't work, I would perform a reset. If a reset of the device fails to correct the issues, reach out to Customer Support.
