Inaccurate recording of steps

My Fitbit recorded way more steps yesterday when I was on my motorcycle. Normally I would say it's fairly accurate but it recorded 14000 yesterday and I hardly did any walking .

Is there something I should change when I'm riding ?

Hi @SunsetRunner ! A warm welcome to the Community! Fitbit has worked hard to make sure that our devices do not pick up false steps or activity recordings while driving. Unless you're driving with a very stiff transmission or on bumpy roads, your device should not give you any false readings.

If your device does record false activity, you can learn how to delete the data here: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1306
