Inaccurate sleep start time

Ever since daylight standard time began, my Fitbit's watchface reflects the correct time, but calculates my sleep time one hour later than when I actually fall asleep. So, for example, if I fall asleep at 11pm, and wake up at 6am, it records that I went to sleep at midnight--and records that i only got 6 hours (rather than 7) of sleep. For various reasons, i really need this information to be accurate. Note that the times i get up in the middle of the night and my wake-up times ARE accurate. Help!

Hi, @tunicatelady, welcome to the community, you may be interested in this article How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? If your Inspire 2 time is not correct (due to Daylight saving time) go to your online dashboard>click the settings gear wheel in the top right>settings>slide down to time zones>click the dropdown arrow and adjust if necessary. Slide to the bottom & submit. Sync your Inspire 2 by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen & releasing it.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Thanks for getting back to me, Gr4ndp4 -
I didn't see any gear wheel in the upper right-hand sice on the settings
section. But I went into "app settings", turned off "automatic time zone",
and manually set "select time zone" to Eastern time., and then synced it.
I'll find out tonight if it's adjusted the time correctly. If it doesn't,
will get back again!
Thanks.
