My inspire 2 has trouble charging for a few weeks now. I thought it as a contact problem between the charger and the watch. Today while cleaning the contact points with soft soap (a trick I found on the internet), I realized there was condensation in the heart rate monitor window. Could it be the reason I am no longer able to charge it? What can I do to fix this?

Hi, @OliGag, welcome to the community, it would be unusual if you have water ingress in your device (Unless it has become damaged). You may find this article of interest Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? . If you look carefully at the charging cable you will see the two little pins are spring-loaded. They should be free and have the same profile, if this is not the case you could talk to "customer support" if your device is still under warranty with a view to getting a replacement. Alternatively, the charging cables are available on Amazon at a modest price. Incidentally, you may find cleaning the back of your Inspire 2 with rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl 70%) with a cotton wool swab is more effective than soapy water (I give my keyboard, mouse & phone a clean at the same time)
If you are still stuck please post here again.
Cheers
