Inspire 2 Not Getting Info

Good afternoon! 

 

So, the last 2-3 weeks or maybe longer, Inspire 2 is not keeping track of sleep well, not keeping track of my Health Metrics, not giving me a Readiness Score and definitely not giving me notifications like hand washing, etc.

 

It is up to date.

@brittanyann23 I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried restarting your Fitbit? That's usually the first thing I try when my device isn't behaving as I expect it to.

My sleep and heart rate have disappeared from my Fitbit. I have restarted it many times with no success. I contacted Fitbit twice via their chat and got absolutely no help. In fact, the chat "techs" closed the chat before I got any helpful answers. I've lost my stats since May 2. And now my user name has been changed! I have been a Fitbit user since 2014. I'm ready to go to a Garmin.
