I got my Inspire 2 in December 2020 and I’ve always been able to receive text messages, calls, and notifications from other apps.
Around the time everyone switched to Google, I stopped receiving all notifications and so did my mom who switched from an Inspire 2 to a 3. Her time was off by 25 minutes earlier today, and in the process of fixing it, I got her texts to start showing again when a dialogue showed up asking if her phone could share notifications. I tried to do the same with mine and nothing is working. I’ve tried all basic troubleshooting, rebooting, removing device from Bluetooth, turning “show previews” on for messages - I can’t think of any other fix to try that I haven’t already tried. Also, I didn’t realize this but I am actually receiving weekly notifications each Sunday reporting screen time, and I’ll get one saying I’m in an active call, but never that someone is calling or texting me.

Hi @Snowhorse129. Welcome back to the community forums.
Thank you for sharing the details about this situation with your Inspire 2. Sorry to know the inconvenience.
Please, can you confirm that you have followed all the steps listed in this article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Also, confirm that you are using the latest version of the app and the firmware.

Yup, I've done all that. I've turned all notifications on, DND or sleep mode off, share notifications in settings, rebooted - I've tried everything. I'm getting screen time reports on Sundays, Instagram notifications, and notifications from Fitbit ("you're almost at your 5-day exercise goal," etc.) but nothing else.
