Yesterday, my FitBit screen was stuck on the clock face. From previous experience, I knew to change clock face in FitBit app on my iPhone. Sometime during the installation process, my FitBit went and now remains black.
After reading discussion boards, here are the troubleshooting steps I took:
1. Deleted FitBit app from iPhone
2. Removed from blue tooth on iPhone
3. Rebooted FitBit device to get smiley face
3. Re-added FitBit app to iPhone
4. Re-added to blue tooth on iPhone
5. Changed clock face in FitBit app
The screen remains black.
I know the screen is capable of working because when I reboot the FitBit device, the smiling face appears briefly. Or when I change the clock face through the FitBit app a horizontal line briefly appears as it installs.
Are there any other troubleshooting steps that I can take? Thank you very much.

Hi @Chica2021 This sounds like it might be a fatal illness! I think you need to contact Fitbit Support and hope it is still under warranty.
