Is my Fitbit Inspire 2 supposed to upload data to my online account? It is syncing with my iPhone and I connected it to my Humana Insurance acct but it doesn’t upload my data. I called them for help and they asked if it was uploading to my Fitbit account.

Yes it is, all you need to do is log into your Fitbit account.  However, you'll have to link your Fitbit account to Humana in order to get it to sync to your Humana account.
