Hi! Yeah if the screen is not working it might be a faulty unit. I would contact customer support because I don't think restarting the device will work.

@OfficialThomas Thank you for your input.
@Lgc2021 Hi there.
Please try restarting your Inspire 2 and continue monitoring its functionality. In order to provide you with more troubleshooting, let me know if the display isn't turning on when you tap it or what kind of difficulty you're having with it.
Hope this helps.

Thanks fir yiur response. I have already tried this twice with customer service on chat session. Should I try the reboot option on the device? Also the app does not show the same modes as device. Zone minutes a d heart rate don't show uo on app screen only on device. I can't see hearcrate records either. Thanks fir help.

I just restarted the screen on mine by following the directions I found in the help section -- where you plug the USB part of the charger (Inspire attached as if to charge it, though mine was already charged) into the USB port on my computer. Then I squeezed both side buttons for 5 seconds. The display didn't show until I put the Fitbit back on my wrist. Tada! Now the display is working!

Update: I found directions for how to restart my Inspire 2 -- which were:
1] Plug the USB part of the charger (Inspire attached as if to charge it, though mine was already charged) into the USB port on my computer.
2] Then I squeezed both side buttons for 5 seconds.
3] The display didn't show until I put the Fitbit back on my wrist. Tada! Now the display is working!
Problem solved!
