Inspire 2 doesn't read heart rate or sleep

Hi, I paid $80 by accident for a one-year subscription to the Premium program, although the offer clearly stated that the first year was free and they would charge me AFTER the first free year. But on top of this rip-off, nothing has changed. My Inspire 2 still does nothing more than counting my steps- it doesn’t read neither heart rate nor sleep.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Calvini. I'm sorry to hear your Inspire 2 doesn't read your heart rate or sleep.

 

Sleep could not being appearing because your tracker is not registering your heart rate.  Please see our heart-rate tracking troubleshooting steps on help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
