I have just noticed that my app last recorded my swimming Apr 19-24 which is strange as I swim every morning. It has also stopped tracking my sleep as well from the same dates? Resting heartbeat is also not showing. In fact the only thing it seems to track is steps?
I have read several posts suggesting to restart the device but this has had no effect. I have also tried to remove it from the app then add it again. This also had no effect?
Any ideas anyone?

My Inspire 2 --which is nearly new!-- has stopped tracking. I restarted it, but still not tracking. Any advice???

Ok, so I have solved the problem. It was in clip mode and not wrist. To change it press both sides of the Fitbit until the water lock is shown.
Scroll down and make sure DND is off, sleep is off and change last setting from clip to wrist. Hope this helps someone else with the same problem.

Mine is on wrist mode & still isn't tracking sleep or heart rate. Any other ideas?

Have you tried to reboot it while in the charging dock? If you have then probably best to call their customer support team on 0800 069 8505.

Try to remove it from the app and then let the app find it again and it may sync?
Also have you tried to uninstall the app and reinstall. All the data will be saved when you uninstall so no danger of loosing your data.
Other than that I am stumped I am afraid...
