Hi there, @Chhatparrakhee. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.
I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
Nevertheless, keep in mind that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min. For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Hope that helps.

Hi Marre,
One tip I have not seen except in your post ("If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading") is that a side-sleeper may diminish circulation to the arm wearing the Inspire 2, simply by an awkward arm position during sleep. Users should experiment and move to the other wrist (changing the dominant/non-dominant setting) and try to avoid affecting the circulation to the wrist.
A separate issue is that even with using Begin Sleep Now, my sleep log stops the first time I wake up during the night, even though I have not stopped it on the app. I think this accounts for the abruptly short sleep logs people experience. The fix is to edit the sleep log to the actual wake time, and the tracker fills in the data once the correct duration is established.

Update: Do not use the app (Begin Sleep Now) but let the Inspire 2 Auto-recognize your sleep. You might have to adjust the start/stop times somewhat the next morning. Once I stopped using the app my Inspire 2 provided regular sleep reports and tracking. This is also covered in Marre's post--the second bullet point.
