Inspire 2 is unresponsive

I bought my Inspire 2 a while ago but now it's unresponsive. Started with the screen no scrowling, it was stock on the clock. I reset it, screen went black. I reset again and got ot working for a day. When try to restart again, it went black. It charge fine and it show a "smile" when resetting. But after that it's unresponsive to pressing both sides of the device, Screen is black. I try to change the clock and it will show the line "loading" but when done, screen remains black.
It also, suddenly just stopped vibrating to let me know about notifications.

Can you please check if you're able to sync your Inspire 2's with the Fitbit app and then if you can update the devices?

I had all synced and restarted multiple times. Broke down and bought the
Inspire 3 and once Inspire 2 unpaired it decided to respond and the screen
lit up again. Too late

It's great news that your Inspire 2 reacted again. The Inspire 3 is a great tracker too. I can understand you feel that you needn't have to buy a new device if your Inspire 2 is working normally again. In case you need to return it (if bought in the Google Store) you can find more information here: Return your Google Store purchase.

I always recommend to constantly verify if the devices need a firmware update to prevent any inconvenience.
