Why has my fitbit started to stop counting my steps correctly?

I know it's not, as I've had a fit bit for 4 years and I know my activity. 

Its also stop collecting Zone Mins, Exercise Days, Heart Data, sleep, basically everything! 

The last sleep data it collected was on the 4th Feb. I wear it all the time, except when it's charging.

Feeling very dissappointed, I can't switch to my childs account either. I think theres lots of updates needing to happen and soon.

Hi @ewatto Have you tried Restarting   your Inspire 2 a few times? That usually fixes problems like this
