While I was swimming today I turned on water lock, and after a bit
I noticed the screen wouldn’t turn on.
When I got back I plugged it in to let it charge (it was low battery so I thought it might’ve died)
Now it is displaying the Fitbit logo with the number “100” below (photo attached) and it won’t react to any kind of stimulus, it won’t turn off, and the app won’t sync to do a reset.
It has been this way for about 5-6 hours. I am using an Inspire 2 and connecting to an iPhone 7

It is now no longer showing the logo and 100, and for about a minute it was responding to the side buttons, the screen tilt, and the screen tap. However now it is back to not responding at all or connecting to my phone but this time with a blank screen
-------
It is now displaying the same thing but “001” instead of “100” and still not responding
Well I have no idea what happened, but it just got back full usability so after a reset and a re-sync it appears to be fixed
--------
So it turns out that it keeps doing this cycle if not working then working again and it actually just doesn’t work ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If somebody does know what happened that would be great to know, but I’ve kinda given up on it at this point and I’m assuming that it’s just old

Mine keeps disconnecting with my phone for no reason. How do you reset?

It’s really inconsistent for me, but go to Bluetooth settings and click “forget device”. Then go back to the app and wait for it to re-pair
If you meant an actual reset, it’s in the watch's options near the top by settings
