Inspire 2 not showing rem and deep sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have the inspire 2 and used to see the full range of sleep stages but now I do not get the rem and deep sleep data (see picture). My wife and 2 kids also have inspire 2 trackers and they all get the full range of stages.

Can someone tell me how to correct this?

Hi @PalmyDays. Good to see you participating in the community.

Thank you for providing the screenshot and the details regarding this difficulty with the data in the app.

Check out the following scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

In addition, please confirm that you are having a correct heart rate reading during the sleep: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Besides that, I'd suggest you confirm that you have the device up to date: How do I update my Fitbit device?

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me, however none of the above applies to my scenario. What does is for some reason I am not betting the same breakdown of sleep as I used to. 😕
