Inspire 2 not syncing correctly

I’ve had my Fitbit Inspire 2 for about 3 years now. And it now stops syncing on a weekly basis. Requiring me to have to remove it and re add it. This is extremely annoying.

The app is up to date and my phone is not the issue.

It’s also now only sharing steps to My Fitness Pal. Not any other exercises. (Permissions are correct.)

Once reviewed the points listed in the help article and Regarding the connection between the Inspire 2 and My Fitness Pal, see:

  1. Unlink the app from your account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to Fitbit?
  2. Reconnect the app with your account. For instructions, see How do I connect Fitbit with another app?

If you have trouble syncing Fitbit with another app, contact the developer of the app.
