Inspire 2 not syncing with android phone

I've only had this 4 weeks and the sync is getting worse and worse. It was great for the first 10 days and now I can't get it to sync at all. I'm missing out on AIA Vitality points, which was actually my motivation for getting a Fitbit. I don't want to reset the device in case I lose a whole week's data

Hi @HelenRobartes DO try restarting the tracker a couple of times. You shouldn't lose any data - a restart doesn't clear data, just restarts the device.  Restart your Tracker
