My Inspire 2 has stopped syncing with my iPad. I have tried turning the iPad on and off. I have also tried turning Bluetooth on and off as well as asking my iPad to forget the device and then reconnecting but still no luck. Any suggestions?

You mention restarting the iPad but have you tried restarting your fitbit? It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. Here's how: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?

When I follow the link, it tells me to go to settings to turn on and off my Fitbit. The only option I get is to reboot. Is this what I should do? I would prefer not to lose my data. Thanks

Best AnswerI don't have the same size USB point on my phone or tablet as the charger, so can't connect the charger to my device! What else can I do? My inspire 2 hasn't been syncing for 9 days!!!
