I need equipment that is going to work and sync the way it is supposed to. Especially if I pay for a service. My Inspire 2 hasn't connected in over 24 hours. I turned off my Bluetooth and turned it back on and my watch would not connect. Logged out of the app, now I can't get back in. I'm so disappointed. I've canceled my subscription snd have a Garmin on the way. I need reliability. Do better Fitbit!

I'm not sure if you are still having difficulties to sync. Before considering other options, I'd recoommend restart the device. In addition, follow the instructions listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
