Inspire 2 not syncing

I’m really annoyed that my Fitbit seems to no longer be fit for use. It’s not syncing with my iPhone despite me following all the advice given

I’ve already done all the following (several times) so please don’t advise me to repeat it

  • Check if by any chance your phone's Bluetooth shows the Inspire 2 as a connected device. If so, please unpair/remove it.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Inspire 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 2.

I’ve reinstalled the App and now can get no further than entering the 4 numbers shown on the Fitbit to pair with the device.
I’m not the only one with this problem, so it looks like there’s a significant unresolved issue.

Sorry to hear Sulo,

Only thing I can think of is if you have a heavy FitBit household and you're seeing interference if it's having issues with that first initial pair.

In that case you may need to get 30ft or greater away from the others and try again in a "Quiet bluetooth" area... or if you have another device (like an old phone) trying to pair with it simultaneously.

If neither situations work or apply from above you may want to even try pairing to a laptop just to rule something/anything out and confirm your device is working appropriately.

Best of luck,

Hi, @Sulo, welcome, I assume you have seen Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and worked through the various troubleshooting threads. As your iPhone did sync before and no longer does so has something changed? If your phone has had an update you may find reviewing the phone settings will offer a way forward.  iOS App - Fitbit Community provides advice for iPhone users.
