HR and sleep will not track. Light sensors are not green. Not working

UPDATE. Wasn't on clip, I have no idea what happened but I completely reset the fit bit and it started to work. Interestingly when I reset it all my data was still in my app so I didn't lose any information 🙂

Everything except step count stopped working after last update.  Everything stopped after this update too.☹️

Absolutely! Everything, except steps, stopped after last update.  It took a couple months for it to fix.  The same thing happened after this update!☹️
