The double tap feature to turn the screen on does not work. I also tried to turn the wake screen feature on but it’s greyed out. I just received this device today and I’m already disappointed. Can anything be done to resolve this issue?

Having the same issue grayed out since this morning can’t manual enter steps or sleep log

I spoke with a customer service rep and I had to turn off the do not disturb and sleep feature for the wake screen to work.

That worked. Thank you and it does make sense why you'd have to turn those off. However it kind of defeats the purpose...
